Stock plans are designed for the masses, not for your specific family or your specific lot. A custom design from Lindbergh Designs takes into account the “micro-environment” of your property (sun orientation, views, and topography) and your specific lifestyle needs, ensuring no space is wasted and every room serves a purpose.

We believe the architect and builder should be allies. We encourage collaboration early in the design phase. This allows the builder to provide real-world cost feedback while the designs are still on paper, preventing expensive changes later and ensuring the design is technically sound from a construction standpoint.
